Pearsall ISD Police Department

The Pearsall Independent School District Police Department has been creating a safe and secure environment for students and staff since January 23, 2015.

The Department consist of 3 licensed police officers, 3 Security guards and 1 civilian workers under the direction of Pearsall ISD Police Chief Chris Marquez.

No matter what position an officer is assigned, all police officers work toward a common District goal of developing students who excel academically, reason and solve problems rationally, and act responsibly by displaying good character and citizenship. The key to this goal being accomplished is the continued assurance of a safe learning and working environment for students and staff while maintaining a "Zero Tolerance" position regarding drugs and alcohol, weapons, bullying, all types of assault, intolerance and sexual harassment.


The jurisdiction of police officers shall include all territory within District boundaries, as well as all real and personal property outside the boundaries of the District that is owned, leased, or rented by the District, or is otherwise under the District’s control.
