The Cluster XII Special Education Cooperative welcomes you to our web page.  We serve students in Pearsall ISD, Dilley ISD, and Cotulla ISD.  We are dedicated to providing quality support and services to students with disabilities.

The Cluster XII Special Education Cooperative supports our districts to provide our families, educators, and support staff with the tools needed to support our children with special needs.  Our goal is to ensure they have equal opportunities to engage in activities designed to promote their academic, physical, and social-emotional growth.
