Frio Primary and Urgent Care will be here at PHS in RM 311 on Thursday, December 02, 2021, and Thursday, 12/09/2021, from
03:00 PM to 06:00 PM to provide Covid Vaccines for students ages 5 years to 11 years old as well as any student 12 years of age and older and for any adult who has not been vaccinated for Covid.
There is no charge for Covid vaccines or boosters.
Frio Primary and Urgent Care will also provide the Covid booster, Pfizer or Moderna, for any adult in need of getting their Covid booster.
Please note that a sign up form has been created on our district website for adults/staff and students. This is only to help Frio Primary and Urgent Care determine which and how many vaccines to bring and to avoid the waste of vaccine doses.
