Our coaches went to see one of our student athletes that lives in Moore. We took him some things on behalf of the Athletic department, Maverick club to try and cheer him up during these trying times. The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. Earlier today, Pearsall ISD was alerted of an incident involving shots fired in the community. As part of Pearsall ISD’s emergency management plan, all campuses were placed on a secure-lockout mode.
I would like to thank the parents and students for their patience and understanding regarding our safety procedures implemented to maintain a safe environment for everyone at school. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
